La Polaina is an old building whose origin is in
the Mediaval age. In 2005 the house was deeply restored, and all
elements which identify it as a typical Catalan house were reconstructed,
such as the Gothic archs on the ground floor ( from the XIV century)
or a Renaissance ceiling on the first floor (probably from the
XVI century). Some details of it can be seen on the photograph.
Apart from architectural elements, the house was
also provided with all facilities, such as central heating, air
conditioned in the meeting room, full equipped kitchen (dishwasher,
microwaves oven , washing machine and dryer machine).
